Prompt Party (“the Game”) is developed by Continuum VR Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”) with Lunar Vision Productions. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you play Prompt Party, access related services, or interact with our community. By using Prompt Party, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

• Prompt Party uses Meta account login for authentication.
• We receive information Meta makes available for the Game, which may include your display name, username, Meta user ID, profile picture, avatar, age group, and a list of followers and people you follow who also own Prompt Party.
• We do not create or maintain separate Prompt Party accounts.

1.2 Gameplay and Creation Data

• In-game actions, session activity, and spaces you save.
• Objects you generate and save, including the text prompts you submit to the Replicator.
• Community actions such as sharing a space or upvoting spaces.
• Usage data, including how you play and which features you use.
• Technical information such as device type, operating system, crash reports, and performance metrics.

1.3 Device Sensors

• The Game may access hand tracking and spatial data on your device so you can move and interact in VR. We use this information to operate your session.
• The Game may access your microphone so you can speak with other players during a session. We do not keep a library of voice recordings.

1.4 Shared Viewing

If you use the in-experience browser to watch videos or view web pages with other players, that activity is part of operating the shared session.

1.5 Payment Information

• Optional subscriptions and one-time unlocks are processed through Meta’s payment system.
• We do not collect or store your credit card or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

• Operate and improve Prompt Party.
• Generate objects from the prompts you submit.
• Save and show the spaces and objects you create, including spaces you choose to share.
• Maintain security and enforce community rules.
• Understand gameplay and balance features.
• Provide customer support.
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud or cheating.

3. Sharing Your Information

We share your data only as necessary to operate Prompt Party:

• Unity Analytics — to understand gameplay patterns and improve performance.
• Meshy — to process the text prompts you submit to the Replicator and generate 3D objects.
• Meta — to process logins, the profile and social information described above, and payments.
• Legal compliance — when required by law or to protect rights, safety, or property.

We do not sell your data or share it with marketing partners.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as you keep using Prompt Party through your Meta login, or as required by law.

• Gameplay, account, prompt, and saved creation data are deleted when your account data is removed, unless we must keep them for legal reasons.
• Prompts are sent to Meshy so objects can be generated. We keep those prompts and the resulting objects for as long as needed to provide your saved creations and operate the Game.

5. Children’s Privacy

Prompt Party is intended for players 13 years of age and older. Players under 13 must have verified parental consent in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If we learn we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

6. Your Rights

You may have the right to access, update, or delete your data. You can exercise these rights by contacting us at contact@thenuum.com.

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. No method of transmission over the Internet or storage is 100% secure.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post any changes on this page with a revised effective date. Significant changes may also be communicated through in-game notices or community channels.
